You may notice that some recipes are in US measurements and others are in metric. In order to give you the most precise recipes, I’ve left the measurements how they were written in the original recipes. I recommend buying a kitchen scale if you don’t already have one that allows you to switch between grams and ounces. This will make foreign recipes easier for the American cook to decipher.
